What we collect, why, and how to get it deleted.

Who we are

Intrinseed is run by CSW inc., the data controller for the personal data described here. We process it under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What we store

• Account: your email, username and a hashed password (never the password itself).
• Portfolio: the trades you enter (stock, quantity, price, fee, date, notes), your alerts and favorite stocks.
• Messages you send us through the feedback form.
• Membership: your Paddle customer and subscription IDs and when your membership ends.
• Sign-in session: one cookie that keeps you signed in. We use no tracking or advertising cookies.

Your email is never shown to other users. If your portfolio is public (switch it off in the account menu), others can see your username and holdings in Discover.

Why (legal basis)

We process this data to provide the service you signed up for (performance of a contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.

Who else processes it

• Paddle handles membership payments as merchant of record. Your payment details go to Paddle, not to us.
• Google Gemini: when you import trades from a screenshot, the image is sent to Google to read the trades. We don't store the image.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your data, object to or restrict its processing, and complain to your local data protection authority.

Delete your account from the account menu at any time. It immediately and permanently removes your account and all your data from our servers: trades, alerts, favorites, messages and sessions. Any membership subscription is cancelled with it. Paddle keeps its own payment records as required by law.
